New Favorites: Dafne all over again

New Favorites: Dafne all over again

When Julie Hoover released the pattern for her sleeveless Dafne tunic two summers ago (as pictured below), it didn’t make much of an impression on me. I remember thinking I would make it considerably shorter, and then promptly forgot all about it. Yesterday I saw the pic above on Instagram — her new version in Habu’s Linen Tape — and it jumped instantly to the top of my favorites. The neck and armhole shaping is just so beautiful, and I love the simple slip-stitch pattern.

I would still make it considerably shorter, but might have to actually do that.

  1. Love, love. I would make it tunic style as shown because I need elongation (lol). Do you have info on the sweater next to it? I also love the ease of that one! Beautiful styles.

  2. Found the Dafne pattern on Ravelry but it appears to be the “older” version. Where can I find the updated version shown in the picture?

  3. Too much money for the materials. It only has about 50 yards per ball for $8.50. At that price, I¹d rather buy it. You? s
