I want to apologize for starting a conversation the other morning and disappearing in the middle of it. I’ve been in a fevered haze for what feels like weeks — too sick to do anything but sleep, sweat and … uh, anyway. Reading sentences was beyond my abilities, nevermind writing any. But this little missive is evidence I’m headed in the right direction. Hopefully everything will be back to normal around here by Monday.
